To enable us to deliver our services to you, from the point you request a quote and therefore potentially entering into a contract of works with us.
To maintain our own accounts and records.
5. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
processing is necessary in order for us to deliver you with the service you require, i.e. the contract which you are party to; or in order to provide you with a quote for delivering a service i.e. to take steps, at the request of you prior, to entering into a contract.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with others for purposes connected with delivering the service you have agreed for us to carry out.

We store data for 6 years after the service we delivered to you was completed.
Specifically, we retain data while it is still current on:
your name, address and e-mail address
your phone number

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
The right to request a copy of your personal data which Lived In 365 Limited holds about you.
The right to request that Lived In 365 Limited corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date.
The right to request that Lived In 365 Limited provide you with your personal data and where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller i.e. ‘data portability’
The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing
The right to have your personal data erased ‘right to be forgotten’ if it is no longer necessary for the purpose which Lived In 365 Limited originally collected or processed it.

9. Further processing

Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
